Day Four
|
Your ideas for your comics are great! I can't wait to see them finished. Remember to think about how good you'll feel when you finish a highly crafted comic. Please don't cut corners when it comes to inking. Slow and controlled will make a beautifully inked comic!
Thursday, July 10th Agenda
1. Finish drawing and scanning our comics.
2. Fun filled day of inking!
Please check out this cool video of a pro inking a comic below...proof that you can get better with practice!

Day Three!
|
Wow, I know making our cartoon was not an easy first project but they look great and I know you all learned a lot about layers, inking, and patience. Today we are going to start our comic!
Wednesday, July 9th Agenda
1. So since we didn’t get a chance to brainstorm yesterday we will start off our morning session with that. Keep your interests in mind as inspiration. Brainstorm who your characters will be, the shapes of your panels, and the style of your drawing. Please share you ideas when you are ready!
2. After we finalized our ideas, we need to write our script using word to make sure spelling and grammar are correct. It's also important to include a description of the panel (what your viewers will see) with what the characters say.
3. Draw carefully and neatly and then scan it into photoshop.
